Manager of Industry Workforce Partnerships

Tim Dunville is Manager of Industry Workforce Partnerships at BioSTL, where he serves on the Education to Workforce team connecting St. Louis's growing bioeconomy with the talent it needs to thrive. He builds partnerships among employers, educators, and workforce organizations to expand access to middle-skill careers across biotech, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, and ag-tech.
 
Tim previously served as Senior Manager of the Business Support Unit at the Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development, and most recently as a Business Services Representative with Family and Workforce Centers of America. His work centers on registered apprenticeship and demand-driven training models that create durable pathways into the region's high-growth industries.
 
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University, along with the Certified Business Engagement Professional (CBEP) credential, Google AI Essentials, and a Generative AI Leadership certificate from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Tim is also a USPTA Master Professional tennis coach and a Missouri Sports Hall of Fame inductee.
