Hailey Flexter serves as the Senior HR Generalist for BioSTL. She brings 9+ years of experience in the HR field. She has advised senior and executive leaders across complex, evolving organizations. Hailey brings a data-informed, solutions-oriented approach to building high-performing, engaged teams, and is known for navigating ambiguity while mitigating organizational risk. She is energized by the opportunity to bring that experience to BioSTL and support an organization working to grow St. Louis's innovation economy and its people.
Hailey's approach to HR is grounded in a simple belief: when people feel supported and valued, organizations thrive. She brings that philosophy to every part of her work, from coaching leaders to resolving employee concerns with fairness and care.
Hailey holds a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential and has built her career across many different industries in the public sector, private sector, and startup environments in Illinois and Colorado before relocating to St. Louis in 2026.
