Anna Bilyeu, GPC, Director of Grants Management at BioSTL, is a dedicated Grant Professional with over 8 years of experience in the grants and development field. Born and raised in St. Louis, Anna is a true advocate for her hometown — deeply invested in elevating the region's profile and championing the remarkable talent, innovation, and opportunity that St. Louis has to offer.
At BioSTL, Anna brings a strategic approach to post-award grants management, ensuring that funded projects are administered with rigor and compliance. She works with BioSTL's partners to support their goals and maximize the long-term impact of each award — all in service of advancing the organization's mission to build a stronger bioscience ecosystem in the region.
Anna serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Louis Regional Chapter of the Grant Professionals Association (GPA) and is a member of the National Grants Management Association (NGMA). She is passionate about strengthening the local grants community and is committed to creating continued education opportunities that elevate the practice and profession for Grant Professionals across the region.
Anna holds a B.S. in Health Sciences from the University of Missouri and has been a Grant Professional Certified (GPC) since 2023. She lives in University City with her family.
